Gravesite Purchase (Burial Rights) |

|
Burial Rights cost $250.00 per gravesite and may only be purchased by a resident or property owner of Richland Township. Each family may only own burial rights for up to eight (8) gravesites. |

Each Grave can be used for up to One Full Burial and one Cremains Burial after the full burial or four Cremains Burials. |

General Rules:
- All burials require 36 hours’ notice.
- All Monday burials (or Tuesday burials if Monday is a holiday) must be ordered by 12:00 noon on the previous Friday or burial will be assessed a Short Notice Fee.
- All burials closed same day as funeral service.
- No burial services will be provided on Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, or Memorial Day.
- Short notice openings are not guaranteed and are at RI Stafford Excavating’s sole discretion.
- All Monuments, headstones, plaques, etc. require a foundation to be poured by Cemetery Staff.
- Vaults are required for all burials except for the interment of stillborn babies and cremains.
- Payments are to be made to Richland Township and may only be paid by cash or check.
