Richland Township sent out a majority of it's absentee ballots on October 3rd. On Ocfober 4th, we were notified by the County Clerk Tim Snow, that a heading error had been detected on the ballot and that some voters had received instructions for straight party voting.
The 2018 Voter Guide is published by the League of Women Voters with content published as it was submitted by candidates and allows voters to compare candidate responses to questions.
