Request an application for each election

Request to be placed on the permanent Absent Voter List

Richland Township Clerk maintains a permanent list of voters who wish to receive an application for every election.   Election law requires that an application be received for every election before the voter receives a ballot.   Voters on the permanent list will automatically receive their application approximately 2 months before each election within Richland Township.   Once the completed application is received by the township clerk; ballots can be issued to the registered voter.   To request placement on the permanent list click here.
